    It takes practice and is something that can be learned. Many times we are on autopilot and it causes us to be reactive.

    We need to learn how to be conscious about the triggers that are around us

    Motivation is having self-control to channel emotions towards a goal.

    It is strongly affected by our emotions and may cause a distraction when trying to accomplish our goals.
